Or maybe you just want to move into the next level of what God has for you.

CHARISMATIC EXPOSITORY PREACHING OR ITINERANT MINISTRY
The Reverend John Gill is a Biblical theologian who has a passion for preaching and teaching the Word of God. His priority is faithfulness to God and the scripture's original context. He preaches verse by verse, in a powerful way so that it can be applied today and engage both existing congregation members and those visiting. Reverend John Gill is available to spend extended periods of time with congregations so that clergy can have a break or while churches are in transition between ministers.
RESTORATIVE RETREATS
Evidence-based retreats that create a safe space for clergy to stop, reflect, receive care and prayer are a speciality of CCC. With our doctoral research exploring Attention Restoration Theory across denominational retreat contexts, we know what works and what clergy need. Dr Chelsea Gill continues to research leadership wellbeing in the not-for-profit sector.
DENOMINATIONAL LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT
CCC is available to conduct official external consultations without bias on Church culture and wellbeing for individual congregations, leadership and Ministers, and provide written and verbal feedback.
WHY USE CHRISTIAN CHURCH CONSULTING?
1. YOU WILL COME TO SEE, IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, THAT GOD IN CHRIST STILL WORKS HIS SIGNS AND WONDERS TODAY...providing the right God and the gospel of Jesus are proclaimed by Ministers today. In the book of the Acts of the Apostles, we read the real experience of the early Church and the early first century Christians who were the body of Christ. Today, Christ dwells with us whenever we gather together in Jesus' name, just as he did in the early Church. The prayers of God's people are necessary so that the Ministers proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus are unhindered by anything that comes against it. We see an example in the Book of Acts. After the apostles were threatened, the people prayed:
"And now Lord, look at their threats, and grant to your servants to speak your word with all boldness, while you stretch out your hand to heal and signs and wonders are performed through the name of your Holy servant Jesus. When they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God with all boldness" (Acts 4:29-31).
2. CONGREGATIONAL ISSUES....The congregation in which you exist, no matter what the denomination, may struggle with over-empowered and undertrained laity who may be trying their absolute best. Other congregations may have issues with conflict or cultural wars which are outworked in unhealthy relational dynamics. CCC's decades of experience and gifts of discernment offer insights and recommendations focused on helping God's Church become what Jesus called it to be. Together with us, you will discover the best way forward.
3. CLERGY KILLER CONGREGATIONS...They do exist....Ministers may feel judged and white - anted by congregants who don't know they are doing it, or it is a classic CLERGY KILLER scenario causing burnout and other psychosocial hazards for the minister. This affects the family unit of the Minister, and has far-reaching consequences. We're here to support you and create a safe space so that you can move beyond stress and pain into flourishing in your call. This doesn't mean there will not be challenges, but you will be equipped with tools to help you navigate the future. There is hope for you in dealing with whatever level of psychosocial pain has been inflicted.
